"This was one of the best, if not the best customer service experience I've ever had! I don't normally give reviews, but this translation process went super smoothly from start to finish. I was about to get a service that was much more than I needed and a representative reached out to me within an hour (I hadn't committed yet as I was doing more research) and pointed it out, explained why and what I really needed, all with a super friendly and personal touch. I opted for the basic service and received my translation within a few hours (I only had one page and a few words to translate, to be fair) instead of the 24 hours stated when I signed up. I double-checked the translation and although there was a small oversight, they immediately provided me with an updated version and apologized for the inconvenience.
