⚠️ Important Notice (April 2025)

We regret to inform our clients that Certling will no longer provide certified translations for the DVLA (Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency) for the time being.

Although our translations have previously been accepted without issue, we recently encountered a case where the DVLA rejected a certified translation and asked the applicant to obtain a translation directly from their country's embassy. This requirement is not clearly stated on the official gov.uk website and contradicts prior accepted practice.

We have contacted the DVLA and are currently awaiting further clarification.
Until we receive an official response, we cannot guarantee acceptance of certified translations for DVLA purposes and therefore have decided to suspend this service with regret.

➡️ This only applies to DVLA-related translations. Certling continues to provide certified translations for all other purposes, including visa applications, insurance, legal, and employment needs.

If you are unsure of what is required, we recommend contacting the DVLA directly or seeking guidance from your embassy.
